Turn the meat after it has cooked for 5 hours. When the pork is tender, remove from slow cooker, and shred with two forks. Discard bay leaves. Final step - do not skip this part!Preheat broiler. Line a cookie sheet with foil. Place shredded meat in pan and pour half the cooking liquid over it evenly. Broil for 3 minutes. Drizzle remaining cooking liquid over meat and continue broiling for 3-5 minutes until meat is cripy but still moist. Adjust salt as needed.Serving Size:?5 servings
