1 box stuffing mix (like stovetop)
1/2 c. Egg Beaters
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped bell peppers
1 cup barbecue sauce, divided
2-4 slices white bread


How Do I Make Hollie's Easy Meatloaf?

Here is how you make Hollie's Easy Meatloaf:

In large ziplock bag, combine ingredients, saving 1/2 c. BBQ sauce. It's easy to just "smoosh" the ingredients together, then throw the bag away. Put the two slices of white bread in the bottom of a large loaf pan or an 8x8 glass casserole dish, then add meatloaf mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 - 1.5 hours. Spread remaining BBQ sauce on top, then bake an additional 10 minutes.Note: The white bread is used only to absorb the grease, and is not added into N.I.
