Here is how you make Laura's Fajitas:

I start with frozen stew meat chunks - defrost in microwave and then cut into slivers. Melt margarine in skillet and saute onions and green peppers til half done and push to one side of the pan. Add the meat to the open side of the pan brown and season with chili seasoning. Then mix the meat and vegetables together and brown a bit longer (do not let the meat get too tough). I served this on tortillas with avacado, chopped tomatoe, cheddar cheese, and sour cream, as well as rice seasoned with Goya seasoning.
