Pound pork chops thin, cut into strips. Thinly slice green onion, Coarsely chop water chestnuts. Combine hoisin sauce and 2 teaspoons sesame oil, set aside. Measure out carrots and cabbage.In skillet, heat 1 teaspoon sesame oil, add pork to skillet cook until no longer pink, about 2-3 minutes. Add green onions, water chestnuts, cole slaw/carrot mix and hoisin sauce mixture.
