2 1/2 cups broccoli florets
1 Tbl butter
4 cloves garlic
8 oz extra lean ham, bite sized pieces
1 cup fat-free half and half
pepper or cayenne pepper to taste

Here is how you make Ham Alfredo:

Mix together the parmesan cheese and the flour and set aside. Steam the broccoli until tender-crisp then rinse in cool water, drain. Prepare the pasta and drain. Meanwhile, in a skillet, saute the garlic in the butter. Add broccoli and stir for a minute or two. Add the ham and mix well. Add half and half to the skillet, stir in Parmesan cheese mixture. Simmer, stirring constantly until thickened. Season to taste. Serve over pasta or add pasta to pan and stir.
