2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp walnut oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp powdered ginger
1/4 tsp onion powder
1 tsp lemon & pepper salt
sprinkle of crushed red pepper
1 tsp cumin
1.5 tsp curry powder

Brown the ground beef in a skillet, rinse or drain well. Combine with the rest of the ingredients (except the rice) in a small crock pot. You can use fresh onions instead of onion powder, but all I had was the powder. I also estimated the water, may have to use more or less depending on desired texture. Cook on low 4-5 hours.
