How Do I Make Jess' Tator Tot Hotdish?

Here is how you make Jess' Tator Tot Hotdish:

Thaw frozen vegetables ahead of time or run under warm water in a strainer. If you don't thaw them first, they tend to be crunchier.(canned veggies get too mushy) Brown and strain hamburger. Mix all ingredients together except the tater tots. Pour into a 9X13 pan. Top it with the tater tots or thawed hash browns. Cover pan with aluminum and cook at 350 for about 45 minutes. Take the aluminum off and let cook for another 10-15 minutes, just to brown the tater tots.Number of Servings: 12Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user MAMABOARDLEY.
