When tender, add tomatoes, tabasco, ketchup, water and seasonings. Cover and simmer on low for 20 min. Add beans and corn, chicken and sausage. Simmer another 10 min. You can add rice to it, or serve it on bottom of bowls with jambalaya on top. Makes about 7-8 servings.
