1 can pinto beans
2 TB ketchup, or tomato paste
1 tsp tabasco (Or Cholula)
1 c. water
1 TB pasley
dash of Tony Cahere's seasoning
dash of cajun seasoning
dash of greek seasonin
1/2 tsp pepper
3 c. brown rice, cooked
1/2 c. canned corn

1/4 c. chopped jalepenos, for those who like it spicy! :)


How Do I Make Sue's Jambalaya?

Here is how you make Sue's Jambalaya:

Saute onion, garlic, celery and bell pepper and ham in evoo. When tender, add tomatoes, tabasco, ketchup, water and seasonings. Cover and simmer on low for 20 min. Add beans and corn, chicken and sausage. Simmer another 10 min. You can add rice to it, or serve it on bottom of bowls with jambalaya on top. Makes about 7-8 servings.
