1 large onion, diced
3 garlic clove, crushed
500g lamb mince
1 can chopped tomatoes
1tbsp tomato puree
Mixed dried herbs (oregano, rosemary, thyme etc)

Bechamel:
25g plain flour
50g butter
250mL 2% milk
50g grated parmesan

Here is how you make Lamb Moussaka:

Slice aubergine and place onto baking tray. Sprinkle with seasalt and leave for 30 minutes.Spray both sides with oil and grill until lightly brown.Brown lamb mince, onion and garlic in a pan.Add chopped tomatoes, tomato puree and herbs. Simmer for 15 minutes.Layer aubergine and mince in a casserole dish.Melt butter in separate pan and tir in flour for 2-3 minutes until cooked. Gradually whisk in the milk to form a Roux.
