Here is how you make Lite Lasagna:

Use a vegetable peeler to make long wide strips from the zucchini. Layer bottom of 6 x 9 glass pan with strips. Cook sausage in crumbles. Mix 4 oz of mozzerella with cottage cheese. Spread half of sausage crumbles and half o cheese mixture on first layer. Spoon sauce over to cover. Make another layer of strips, then repeat layering with remaining sausage and cheese mixture. Again spoon sauce over to cover. make one more layer of strips. Top with remaining sauce and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
