1 jar Prego mushroom & green pepper sauce
2 cups cottage cheese 1%
1 egg
3 cups part skim shredded mozzarella cheese
4 tablespoons parmesan cheese


How Do I Make Marlou's lasagna?

Here is how you make Marlou's lasagna:

Brown beef in frying pan and drain. Put beef back in pan with sauce & add some water to thin sauce. Mix cottage cheese, parmesan cheese & egg in a bowl. Put about 1/2 cup of sauce in bottom of 13 x 9 pan. Layer noodles ,cheesemixture, shredded mozzarella & meat sauce finishing with meat sauce. Cook covered at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from oven sprinkle with reserved mozzarella cheese and cook uncovered for an additional 15 minutes. Let stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving.
