Lasagna Noodles, 8 oz
Venison, ground, 1.5 pounds
Green Pepper, 0.5 cup
Onion, 0.5 cup
Spaghetti Sauce with Mushrooms, 3 cups
Spaghetti Sauce Mix packet
Cheddar Cheese, 8 oz
Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk, 8 oz
Lowfat Cottage Cheese, 3 cups


How Do I Make Deer Lasagna?

Here is how you make Deer Lasagna:

Brown venison with onion & green pepper. Add to spaghetti sauce, spaghetti sauce mix and 1 cup of cottage cheese (add fresh garlic now, if desired). Simmer for about 30 min. Layer half the sauce, half the noodles (dry) and half the remaining cheeses. Repeat. Be sure to cover top layer of noodles completely with the cheese or the noodles will be overcooked.
