1 lb. extra lean ground beef, browned

How Do I Make Mexican Lasagna?

Here is how you make Mexican Lasagna:

Brown ground beef and drain. Add taco seasoning mix and 1/4 cup water. Simmer for 10 minutes; set aside. Mix ricotta cheese and eggs; set aside. Spread 1 cup salsa on bottom of 9 x 13" baking pan. Layer 4 cooked noodles; 1/3 of the beans, corn, ground beef, ricotta cheese mixture and 4oz. cubed Velvetta. Repeat layers 3 times ending with the bean/corn/beef/ricotta cheese mixture on top.
