2 C 2% Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 C Parmesan
10 lasagna noodles (8 oz dry)

Makes 12 servingsPreheat oven to 350 degrees1. Brown sausage, beef, garlic and onions. 2. Add tomatoes and sauce mix3. Cook for 30 min4. Cook Pasta5. Mix egg whites and ricotta cheese together and add parsley6. Spray a glass lasagna pan w/cooking spray7. Spread a small amt of sauce on bottom8. Top with 1/3 of the Ricotta mixture, 1/3 of the mozerrella, 1/3 of the parmesan and 1/3 of the sauce.9. Repeat 3 times10 Add a little extra moz. and parmesan ontop11. Cover with foil12.
