Here is how you make lasagne:

makes 8 servingsput ground beef and chicken sausage (fry whole or remove from casing) in non-stick frying pan and cook until just browned.In a bowl mix ricotta, parmesan and egg togetherplace lasagne noodles (uncooked) in glass rectangular dish (you can put a little sauce under noodles if desired).Spread cheese mixture over layer of noodles then add another layer of noodles.Spread remaining cheese mixture over second layer and then put browned meat over cheese mixture. Put final layer of noodles on top and pour marinara sauce on top. Shred fresh mozzarella over top of sauce.Cover with aluminum foil and place in 325 degree oven for 60 mins.
