Here is how you make Cheeseburger Macaroni:

Brown hamburger. Add beef broth, rotel (undrained), taco seasoning, and elbow macaroni. Cook until macaroni is tender. While beef/macaroni mixture is cooking, melt butter in a pot. When melted, add flour. Mix with a wisk to form a roux. Once the roux is lightly browned, add milk. Bring to a boil and thickened and smooth. Remove from heat and add cheese.
