300g Potatos, partly boiled, sliced

50g Cheddar, Low Fat, Grated
3 Eggs, Medium, Beaten
2 Garlic, Cloves, finely chopped
1tsp Parsley
2g Rosemary, Dried

Here is how you make Moussaka for 8:

Dry fry the slices of eggplant until just brown, leave to one side. With 2tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil, sautée the onions until just soft, leave to one side. Dry fry the Ground Beef, once brown add the onions, tinned tomatoes, tomato paste, garlic and herbs. Simmer for about 20 mins and leave to cool for about 5 minutes.In an ovenproof dish, spread the prepared mince along the bottom, then put a layer of eggplant, then a layer of sliced potatoes and finish off with the mince.Cook in a oven 200 or Gas Mark 7 for about 25 minutes.
