Fry, stirring, until meat is pink and beginning to brown. Add chopped or sliced mushrooms and stir until the mushrooms are beginning to soften. Take pan off heat and leave for a minute or so until the pan no longer sizzles.Add the Greek yoghurt to the pan and stir until combined.
