1 medium yellow onion, coarsely chopped
1 large egg
1 cup plain bread crumbs
1 tsp thyme, ground
1 tsp oregano, ground
1 tsp basil, ground
1 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper, to taste

3 medium Yukon potatoes, cut into cubes (I like to leave the skins on)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1/4 to 1/2 cup whole milk
garlic powder, salt, and pepper, to taste
1/2 tsp paprika
.5 tsp Paprika

Here is how you make Bison and Mushroom Loaf with Mashed Potatoes:
