2 serving Canned Tomatoe - 1/2 cup (by KUNZ8704)

10.5 tbsp Compliments Sour Cream 14%
3.5 slice (1 oz) Cheddar Cheese
2 tbsp Epicure Nacho Cheese Dip Mix (dry powder)


How Do I Make Nacho Dip?

Here is how you make Nacho Dip:

Mix cream cheese and sour cream together with Epicure Nacho Cheese dip mix with mixer. Brown ground beef (I added epicure's Pueblo Bean seasoning) in coconut oil and add taco seasoning and tomatoes (I added Epicure's salsa to the tomatoes). Put meat mixture on the bottom of a 9 " casserole dish and then put cheese mixture on top. Grate the cheddar cheese and put on top of casserole. Put in the oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbling.Serving Size:?makes 8 servings
