Leftover Cooked Ham and vegetables, place into hot preoiled skillet and turn occasionally until warmed through and slightly browned.Meanwhile, place eggs into a bowl with Cream and whip into a froth, gather the chives and cheese in preparation to place onto the Omelette's when they are just about firm.When ham and vegetables are done to your liking? Divide the mix into 2 Equal Portions! Pour the egg mixture estimating amount for 2 servings, about 1 Cup. Tilt your skillet to distribute the egg mixture throughly and evenly as possible.
