3 Green Bell Peppers, cut in strips

Here is how you make CrockPot Pepper Steak:

Heat oil in large skillet over medium-low hear. Brown steak strips in two batches. Add garlic, cook and stir 2 min. Transfer strips, garlic and pan juices to 4-7 quart CrockPot.Add onion, soy sauce, sugar, salt, ginger and black pepper: mix well. Cover, cook 6-8 hours on low.Add bell pepper strips during final hour of cooking. Blend water and cornstarch until smooth; stir in to slow cooker. cook uncovered, on high 15 min.
