Heat oil in large skillet. Brown meat. Add onion, water, garlic salt and ginger. Bring mix to a boil, cover and cook for 5 min. Add bell peppers and frozen veggies, cover and cook 7 min or til tender. Add tomatoes, water chestnuts and baby corn.combine sugar, corn starch and soy sauce in a bowl and whisk together.
