1-Parboil 4 seeded bell peppers
2 brown ground beef, drain well
3 add tom. soup, onion, diced tomatoes, celery and instant brown rice. Simmer until rice is tender, about 15 minutes
4 Spoon meat/rice mixture into bell peppers
5 Spoon about 1-2 tblsp of tom/marina sauce on each pepper.
6. Top each with a large pinch of shredded mozzarella
7 Top each with a tblsp of grated parmesan
8 Bake for about 30 minutes or until cheese begins to brown
