preheat oven 450. spray baking sheet generously non stick spray. combine all crust ingredients, mixing well. spread crust onto baking sheet and bake 20 min or until golden brown. while crust is baking cook ground beef in skillet until no longer pink. add taco seasoning. remove crust from oven. spread refried beans over crust, top with meat, then cheddar cheese. Reduce heat to 350.
