Add sliced onions to the pan and cook until they start to brown. Meanwhile, prepare the water and boullion cube. Set aside to cool. Add the pork to the pan, and brown on both sides, about 10 minutes total time. Mix the worchestershire sauce and black bean sauce and add to the broth, stir well. After the pork is browned, put the onions on top of the pork pieces, and pour the broth around the meat. Cover and reduce the heat. Simmer for about 45 minutes. (I also added in a few splashes of dry white wine.) Makes 4 servings.
