1/4 cup chicken broth, low sodium

Here is how you make Pork tenderloin... Sooo good!:

Preheat oven 450 degrees.Mix Dijon, yogurt, thyme and ginger, set aside.Make slits in loin and insert garlic.Brush loin with oil.Add salt and pepper.Heat a large cast-iron or other ovenproof skillet over high heat. Add pork loin and brown on all sides, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat, spread Dijon mixture over pork. Place apples around pork. Put in oven for approx. 30 min (pork registers 150 degrees with meat thermometer).Remove pork from skillet and transfer to a cutting board and loosely cover with aluminum foil.Put skillet on high heat and deglaze with cranberry juice and chicken broth.Be sure to crush the apple into the sauce.Cook on high heat a few minutes and remove from heat.Strain the sauce and add honey to desired sweetness. Slice meat and drizzle sauce... enjoy!
