brown meat in skillet and drain. In large bowl combine meat, soup, a little less than 1 can of water, bacos, sour cream, mrs dash, onion powder. Layer the bottom of a casserole dish with the thinly sliced potatoes, pour in half of meat mixture, put on another layer of potatoes, and top with remaining meat mix.
