Here is how you make Jens Instantpot scalloped potatoes:

Preheat oven to 400.Place into instant pot, 1 cup chicken broth, the sliced potatoes, onions, garlic, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Place setting to pressure cook. Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes. Do a quick release. Take top off of pot, remove potatoes leaving any liquid in pot. Put potatoes into large bowl along with chopped ham. Turn setting to saute, add to left over liquid the cream cheese, plain yogurt, Monterrey jack cheese, dried mustard, and milk. stir until combined and cheese is melted. Add to potatoes in bowl and stir until combined well. Spray a glass cooking pan with spray to coat well. Pour potatoes into pan and smooth until level. Top with 1/2 C shredded cheddar cheese. Bake in 400 degree oven for 5-10 minutes. Turn to broil and broil for 5 minutes until lightly browned and cheese is melted.
