What Are The Ingredients For Gabor's Lecso (Hungarian Ratatouille) Recipe?The ingredients for Gabor's Lecso (Hungarian Ratatouille) are: Onions, raw, 3 small1 large Yellow Peppers (californian) 2 small Yellow Peppers (sweet hungarian peppers) Leeks, 3 leek Bacon, 40 grams (small cubes) Salami, Beef and Pork, 20 grams (approx. 10 slices) Tomato Sauce, 4 cup Garlic, 2 clove Salt, 2 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp (ground, spice) Pepper, red, 2 tsp (ground, spice) Water, tap, 100 mL White Rice, long grain, 125 grams How Do I Make Gabor's Lecso (Hungarian Ratatouille)?Here is how you make Gabor's Lecso (Hungarian Ratatouille): Preparation:Peel, wash, and cut the onions in half, then the halves to medium slices. Same way with the yellow peppers.Cut away the green parts, and the roots on the other end of the leeks, then wash it. Cut it into small slices.Cut down approx. 10 slices from the salami rod. Cut the slices to smaller parts.Peel, wash and cut the garlic into small parts.Cooking:Bring the sesame oil to heat in a pan. Put the onion, leeks, bacon and salami into the pan. Stir until the onions starts to get glassy, but still somewhat hard (2-3 minutes)Now, mix in the peppers, cook with ocassional stir until the peppers become soft, yet somewhat crispy. (2-3 minutes)Lower the heat to medium. Pour in the tomato sauce. Add the garlic, salt, and black pepper, red pepper.
