To prepare Ribs: remove the membrane from the back of the ribs. It helps if you start with a knife and just pull it back with your fingers. Rinse and place in Pressure Cooker.Add the soup or the mix to the ribs and rub on until covered.Pour the Worcestershire Sauce onto the ribs.Cook according to the Pressure Cooker Directions about 25 minutes. Let the pressure release on it's own.Let stand for 10 minutes.Cut alone the bones to separate ribs.You can place them on a BB Que grill for 3 minutes each side, or eat them as they are, either way is goodBB Que Sauce is Optional ( I didn't account for the calories)Serving size is 1 to 2 rib bones per person.
