The ingredients for Yahkni and Rice are:

2 (12-oz) cans green beans
2 (12-oz) cans stewed tomatoes
1 lb ground beef
2 boxes beef rice-a-roni
1.5 tsp ground cinnamon
1.5 tbsp minced onion (or 1/2 a medium onion)
salt & pepper to taste
Splash of lemon

Here is how you make Yahkni and Rice:

Brown your beef, adding your salt, pepper, and onion. Add beans and tomatoes to your meat. Stir in cinnamon. let it all simmer for about 15 minutes, while you prepare the rice-a-roni according to the directions on the box. Add the lemon juice to the beef and veggies just before serving.To Serve: Add serving of rice to bowl. Top with a spoonful or two of the beef and veggies.
