This recipe is hard to make 'exact' as I make it to the taste of my family. You can omit and increase items if you wish. Directions: 1. Boil peas till done, drain, set aside.2. Melt butter in same pan. You should have enough in pan to coat all the raisins. 3. Add Raisins and green onions till both are soft.4. Toss in peas, make sure everything is coated in butter. Add more butter if needed.5. Stir in rice, 1/2 a cup at a time, until it is all mixed. Serve as a snack, or light lunch.
