Here is how you make Pineapple Pork with Rice:

Season pork with salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powders and saute in pan sprayed with nonstick spray over medium low. Remove pork and saute peppers and onions for 1-2 minutes to just barely cook. Remove peppers/onions and rinse pan if necessary (if it is dark). Add pineapple juice and teriyaki sauce and allow to reduce over medium heat. Add pineapple and cook 2 minutes.
