1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt

Trim all visible fat from meat and place in the slow cooker. In a small bowl, combine the onion, water, mushrooms, ketchup, wine, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic.
