Take a cup of the broth add some of the seasonings and inject the beef. Reserve the remaining broth & seasonings.Rub the roast with the additional seasonings, sear roast on all sides in a skillet or cast iron pan.Cut up all the vegis to desired sizes.Add roast and all vegies with the exception of the potatoes & green beans to a crockpot, pour in the remaining broth and add water to almost cover all.Cook on low all day long or on high for 4 hrs.
