1 pound package mostaccioli (or spear pasta)

Here is how you make Mostaccioli and Pot Roast:

In large heavy pan, brown roast, then remove from heat. Add all the chopped vegetables, tomatoes, tomato sauce, and mushrooms. Return to het; salt and pepper to taste. Add 3 Tablespoons sugar.Cook 2-3 hours, util almost falling apart. In separate pan, cook 1 pound os mostaccioli according to directions on package. Add to meat; thicken with flour and water.
