Here is how you make Helene's Beef Spaghetti Sauce:

Dice cloves of garlic into small pieces. In a stock pot capable of holding 12 pints, add 7.5 cups of Primo tomato sauce, 2lbs of lean ground beef, 3.35 cups of diced tomatoes and chopped garlic. Let simmer over medium heat. As it simmers dice 1 1/2 large onions and add to simmering sauce. Dice 1 cup of celery and add to simmering sauce then dice 1 cup of mushrooms and add to simmering sauce.
