Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Set aside. When meat is cooked through, drain if necessary, and stir in the pasta sauce. Remove from heat. Drain pasta shells and rinse well under cold water to remove starch and prevent them from sticking together. Drain well.Spread enough of the meat/tomato sauce in the bottom of the baking dish to coat the bottom.Divide the ricotta/spinach mixture between the 16 pasta shells and lay them side-by-side, with the filling side up, on top of the sauce in the baking dish. Top with remaining meat/tomato sauce.Mix together the remaining Parmesan and the mozzarella and sprinkle evenly over the shells and sauce.Bake for about 30 minutes until cheese is fully melted and sauce is bubbling.Garnish with more chopped basil if desired.Serving Size: Makes 8 servings of 2 shells each plus sauceNumber of Servings: 8Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user PIXBADGIRL.
