Brown beef, then add onions. When soft, add other ingredients except salt & pepper. Bring everything to a boil, then simmered for 20 minutes or for as long as an hour.Taste the soup & add the salt & pepper as needed.I like to use organic ground beef & organic beef broth. I also like to throw in some red pepper flakes to give the soup a kick. This soup tastes great after 20 minutes cooking, but tastes even better the next day. So, if you wanted, you cook this soup the night before.
