1 ? c. chopped cabbage
1 c. chopped celery
1 c sliced carrots
1 med. Yellow squash cut into chunks
1 small zucchini cut into 1 inch chunks

Here is how you make Oniony Beef and Vegetable Soup:

Trim fat from steak, cut steak into 1 inch pieces. Coat a dutch oven with cooking spray; place over med-heat until hot.Add steak; cook until browned on all sides, stirring frequently.Remove steak from dutch oven and set aside.Add oil to dutch oven. Place over med-hi heat until hot. Add onion; saut? 5 minutes or until tender. Reduce heat to med-low; add sugar and salt. Cook for 15 minutes to 20 minutes until golden. Add garlic and cook 1 minute.Add beef, water and next 5 ingredients to onion mixture. Bring to boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 1 hour. Add cabbage and remaining ingredients.
