Discard any bad peas and put into crockpot. Dice veggies and place into crock. Add all seasoning except Tobasco. Cook on high for 6 hours (or nine on low). If you like a thicker soup, use an immersion blender or remove a couple cups and blend in a food processor or blender and return to the soup. Stir well and top with tobasco sauce, if desired.
