Here is how you make Turkey Vegetable Soup:

Heat pan with bottom lightly coated with olive oil over medium heat. Add celery, carrots, onion and cabbage and saute for about 10 minutes until soft, stirring occasionally. Add ground turkey, salt and pepper an saute until meat is brown. Drain fat. Add the garlic, broth, diced tomatoes, parsley, oregano and tomato sauce. Bring mixture to a boil then reduce heat to low and simmer until vegetables are slightly tender.
