Cut the bison into strips, and cook in large skillet until done. Cut all of the veggies into strips, chop up celery, tomatoes, and carrots and add to pan. Mince garlic and add to pan with veggies and meat. Add in water, cinnamon, and onion powder. Cover and let cook on high, until onions and peppers are done.
