3 TBL minced onion

2 wedges Laughing Cow garlic and herb LIGHT

Here is how you make Catlovers MF Stuffed Meatballs - 2 servings:

Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients except the laughing cow in a large bowl. Form into large meatballs (1 lb makes about 13 meatballs) and place on a PAM-sprayed cookie sheet. Using the tip of a sharp knife, make a small hole in each meatball and insert a portion of a laughing cowl inside, form meatball around it. 2 laughing cow wedges should do 13 meatballs. (you're only using like 1/8" of the laughing cow in each meatball). Spray all with PAM and bake for 20 minutes.
