Here is how you make Sweet 'n Tangy Pineapple and Bacon:

Cut the bacon into bite-size pieces and dry fry it. Mix the pineapple juice from the can, brown sugar, and yellow mustard. Give it a taste- it should be very rich and sweet tasting, with a hint of tang from the mustard. When bacon is browned, add pineapple rings (I normally use the spatula to cut them each into 4 pieces) and add the sauce mixture. Simmer over low for 5-10 minutes until sauce has thickened.
