Here is how you make TK's Cranberry Almond Granola Topping:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a sheet pan with a silicone liner or parchment paper and set aside. First, spread out oats, flax, and wheat germ on sheet pan and toast in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until oats are turning golden. Turn oven down to 325 degrees.In a medium bowl, toss together the oats, almonds, wheat germ, flax seed, cranberries, and cardamom. Pour in the agave nectar and olive oil and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer the mixture to the sheet pan and bake until golden, stirring halfway through, about 20 minutes.
