1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp melted butter
2 eggs
1/2 cup 1% milk
1/2 cup water
2 tsp coconut oil for frying

1/2 cup light cream cheese
2 tsp powdered sugar

Filling:
2 medium apples, finely chopped
2 tbsp butter
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp nutmeg



How Do I Make Crepes with Apple Cinnamon Filling?

Here is how you make Crepes with Apple Cinnamon Filling:

- In a small frying pan, combine apples, 2tbsp butter, cinnamon, maple syrup and nutmeg. Bring to a boil and then simmer over low heat until apples have softened. Set aside. - Cream together cream cheese and powdered sugar, set aside. - In a large bowl, beat together milk, water, eggs and melted butter. Gradually add flour while beating so that batter is smooth. If your batter is on the thick side, add a little more water. - Heat a little of the coconut oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Use a basting brush to spread the oil out over the entire surface. - Pour about 1/3 cup of batter into the frying and spread evenly. Let cook about 2-3 minutes. Use a spatula to loosen the edges of the crepe and then flip. Cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes.When the crepe is done, spread a heaping table-spoon full of the cream cheese mixture over it and top with a about a 1/3 cup of the apple mixture.
