2 tsp cinnamon

Here is how you make Whole Grain Apple Cinnamon Griddlecakes:

makes 7 servings. 2 pancakes per servingMix milk and lemon juice in large 4 cup measuring cup. Mix cinnamon and splenda together and sprinkle over apples.In a large bowl stir together remaining dry ingredients.Add egg and 2 teaspoons of the olive oil to the milk mixture which should be thick. Lemon juice makes it sour and thick. Whisk together till well mixed. Add to the flour mix and stir lightly and quickly. Leave it lumpy. Stir in apple mix.Use a 1/4 cup of the batter for each pancake.Heat 1 tsp of the oil in large fry pan & cook three pancakes at a time.
