Here is how you make Apple Honey Walnut Flatbread (Gluten Free):

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 15x10 inch pan with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking spray. Mix the dry ingredients (flaxseed to walnuts). In a separate bowl, mix the honey, eggs, applesauce, oil, vanilla and seltzer. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry ones, mixing until just combined. Stir in the chopped apple. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading it out to the edges as evenly as possible. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the bread is puffed up in the middle and springs back when pressed.
